I know some of you might think: what were you eating if the plate received more attention than the meal? Don't worry, pizza was good but when slice after slice the decoration of the plate started to appear my
diy sense started to tickle. This season trousers are more decorated than ever with bold
prints and colors so I took inspiration from porcelain to
diy my own. It only took blue
fabric color and a pair of
white jeans. What do you think of the result?
|
Draw some simple flowers connected by a couple of curls; keep the drawing basic because you'll have to copy it many times. Since you're going to use only one color leave some space between every petal |
|
This is my stencil. In order to fill the space with my drawing I closed it in a rhombus and then I repeated it on the page. |
|
I cut out some big basic elements of my drawing in order to reproduce it on jeans. You can also use carbon paper. |
|
I then painted my jeans. You must dilute the color with little water to go smootly on fabric. Put some kitchen paper inside jeans so the color won't filter on the other side. |
|
I filled the space between my drawing with some branches and leaves. |
Wouww that is so cool!!
