Step 1 Cut away the fabric from your jacket like you see in this picture.
Step 2 Substitute it with chiffon exactly like I did with the Stella McCartney inspired skirt, see the tutorial here.

Open sleeves Are sleeves too long? Cut them at angle and sew superimposed.

One to make two. Steps are similar to the Just Cavalli jacket above. This one involves cutting the jacket in two pieces. Keep the top to make a shrug with short sleeves and use the bottom to make this jacket.
